1. 30 Money Back Guarantee. For new customers, where offered, we will give you 100% of you money back if you are not satisfied with the service purchased and wish to cancel within the 30 day grace period.

2. Cancellation of services and prepayments. Customers on month to month contracts who elected to pay quarterly, bi-annually, or annually are entitled to a refund of any wholly unused months upon cancellation. Customers on a whole life contract will not be entitled to any part refund on early termination of contract.

3. All billing issues will be dealt with fairly and promptly once we are notified of an error or if an error comes to light during the course of our regular cross checks. We will refund any monies owed promptly if not immediately.
